We take great pride in our ability to give you unique and quality products! If for some reason we make a mistake, and there is an error on OUR part, we of course will cover all cost to replace the item(s) for you. If you decide you do not want your purchase and need to return it, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and then you will have an additional 5 days to return the package to us. We must receive the item(s) back in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, in same NEW condition with your Return Authorization Number enclosed. You are responsible for all shipping charges. You will be refunded ONLY the cost of the merchandise minus a 25% restocking fee. We will not issue a refund for items damaged during transit for return. Please note, we cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number.
Personalized items and custom made orders cannot be returned.
No returns or exchanges on cake tops, toasting glasses, knife sets, pillows, head pieces, gloves, tiaras, lace, edibles, etc.
If an item is broken or damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We can replace it for the exact same item after it is sent back to us at your expense.
